Respect, Trust and Support are important for our company. We believe everybody is a team player. We organize quarterly team building activities to gather members either within the team or across the team to have fun together and build a stronger relationship

Crescendo Lab members have flexibility to choose whether to go into the office or work remotely. We also offer unlimited paid time off, believing that freedom leads to greater creativity, and we encourage a sense of ownership.

Learning & Development

We value Growth Mindset. Members can apply for training allowance and share knowledge on the internal platform and exchange views and trends. We occasionally invite industry experts from Google, Meta and Laiya Group to the company.

Product

Our Product Team consists of Product Manager, Project Manager and Product Designer. At our company, the Product Manager has the final decision on the product development.

Our Engineering Team consists of Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and Data Scientist. A two-week Sprint development cycle is used as a development unit in the form of Pod.

Our Marketing Team consists of Product Marketing, Content, Digital marketing, and Designer. We have colleagues across Taiwan, Thailand and Japan. We work together to advance overseas markets.

Business Development

Our Business Development Team is responsible for communicating with potential clients, looking for new business opportunities, and making the company's turnover grow year by year.

Customer Success

Our Customer Success Team consists of Customer Success and Customer Support. We act as a consultant to provide strategic services and maximize product value for client success.

Operation

Our Operation Team consists of Finance and Human Resource. We work together to build operating system and culture, ensuring we create the best environment for our members to thrive
